Conditions for Live-in Staff

For live-in positions, families typically provide comfortable private accommodation for the employee within or near the residence.

Travel expenses and meals are usually covered or reimbursed by the employer, and regular days off are arranged according to the agreed schedule.

Before the placement is confirmed, several key aspects are agreed upon with the family, including:

What is the agency service fee?

Our recruitment fee depends on the country and the complexity of the search and ranges from 12% to 21% of the candidate’s annual salary.

The fee covers the full recruitment process, including candidate search, screening, interviews, reference checks, and placement support.
